Who we are
PropEngine Ltd is a UK property sourcing company. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and are responsible for the personal information you share with us.
What we collect
When you complete our property enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, property details, selling timeframe and anything else you choose to tell us.
Why we use it
We use your information to contact you about your property, understand your situation, explain what our cash buyers could offer and, where appropriate, match your property with potential buyers. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in providing the service you asked about.
Who we share it with
We may share relevant property details with suitable buyers and the professional advisers involved in progressing a sale. We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We normally keep property enquiries for up to 24 months. Where a sale goes ahead, records required for anti-money laundering purposes may be kept for five years. We may also keep information longer where the law requires it or to deal with a legal claim.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
