Will I get full market value?
Cash investors usually pay a little below full market value in return for speed and certainty. We will tell you honestly what to expect before you decide anything.
Can I sell with tenants in?
Yes. An investor can buy the property with the tenancy in place, and the tenancy transfers to the new owner on completion.
Do I need to clear the house or do repairs?
No. Buyers can consider properties in any condition, and you can usually sell the property as it is.
How fast can it happen?
Often within weeks, depending on the buyer and the legal work involved. We cannot guarantee a completion date, but we will keep you informed.
Is there any obligation?
No. There is no obligation until you choose to agree to a sale.
